One year ago today we were visiting Antelope Canyo One year ago today we were visiting Antelope Canyon as part of a 2 week southwest trip.  At the time, we were just traveling buddies. Now we have a wonderful life together. We have come a long way in a  year.

Fortunately we have all the bread we need and were just out for a few other staples which were readily available.  Apparently bread, milk and toilet paper are the hot items here when a storm is coming.

Some combination of snow,  sleet, freezing rain and ice which will likely result in extended power outages. 😟 The custom in SC is to pack the stores to stock up on bread, milk, and toilet paper. We are good on all 3 but needed to pick up D batteries so we can at least start our gas fireplace if we lose power, which will mean no heat. I experienced a few of these events 25 years ago before moving to AZ. Not looking forward to it. ☃️❄️

Reedy River Falls in downtown Greenville last nigh Reedy River Falls in downtown Greenville last night viewed from the Liberty Bridge.  Not sure if the Falls are always highlighted in green for Greenville or if it's a holiday season thing. In any case, it was a pretty view.
